The music was so loud it gave me a headache. They didn’t have 2 items and couldn’t tell me what was missing (I would have taken the item with an item removed). I got overwhelmed and left. My son enjoyed his smoothie. Food is good but atmosphere needs work

I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app. A wrap, chips, and a Smoothie. The door dasher only brought me my Smoothie. I tried contacting the store but there phone was off the hook and I couldn't get through. As annoying as that was when I was so excited to eat. I went to the store after I got off of work. Explained what had happened and they replaced my wrap for free and let me keep the old one that was still sitting in the door dash section of the store. It was hot and fresh. It was absolutely delicious. I ended up eating half in my car because I couldn't resist. It wasn't Tropicals fault for the missing items. I'm just happy at the end of a very long shift I still got my food!

I always come to tropical smoothie and every time I am there the staff is exceptionally nice. The place is always clean and stocked with fresh fruits and chips. Today I had the chance to speak to with Kaitlyn and Julia while I waited for my smoothies to be prepared. I must say they are hardworking and dedicated employees. My experience was a 10/10 and I will definitely be back.

I've had mixed experiences here. I usually order a smoothie online since the shopping center's so crowded, and - especially during the summers - it's nice to have a smoothie after a trip to the gym, a run, or even a hike. The first few times I went here, I sat down next to the online order sign and none of the employees asked if I had an order. I've had better experiences since, but you'll probably have better luck just standing in line and ordering. That said, I really like their smoothies, and when I've ordered their grilled chicken wraps, I've really enjoyed them too.

We recently stopped in for our first smoothie from this TSC location. Really can't go wrong with any of their menu's smoothie items- every one I've tried so far is tasty. Be aware of those ~700 calories, though. Don't forget about the kids menu for your little ones to save a buck. We did have to wait a little while since it was busy and we didn't order online. I wonder what happened to that camera high up in the corner of the room??

Food is good. Tropical Smoothie Cafe knows how to make food and smoothies. They need to hire more workers, and those workers need to work faster. They have max two people total any time I’m there, and orders often take a long time.

I really love smoothies! They are priced around $6-7 for a large smoothie. You can add in different supplements like protein, multivitamins, collagen, fat burner, energizer, or more. My favorite smoothie right now is the Triple Berry Oat. They also serve food here, including breakfast items, but I have not tried these. Download their app and get points for free food items, extras, or smoothies! Service is fast here.

Kaitlyn (the general manager) was our server. I’ve come into this tropical smoothie everyday for the last few weeks and have always seen her as well as other people working. She in particular has always been friendly and always made my smoothie perfect and believe me I like to take out and add things! When I came into the store today she has my order memorized and made it perfectly! She also is pleasant to be around and is very professional! So happy we get to get amazing smoothies! Ps: please open a shop in radford as well!
